Mia is a multidisciplinary artist and designer whose practice focuses on the human body and how it occupies and engages with spaces, objects, materials and other beings. Her spatial practice questions and explores the presence and perspectives of human beings through a combination of experimental and physical work. Driven by an interest for challenging psychological and social spaces, her works unfold through a utilisation of space, body, object, material, film and sculpture.

Mia’s practice encourages critical thought and engagement in raising a consciousness to question the direction of our future spaces and landscapes. Mia’s projects aim to push the limits of art, design and architecture while having a sustainably conscious approach.
